* BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE! *

Stopping at your display in September 2010 at Metro Market was the best decision I have ever made. I almost walked passed thinking it was for flu shots. Julie explained she would check my adrenal system. This interested me because I recently read an article in a woman's magazine about how this is often overlooked. After testing my adrenal system, Julie informed me that my adrenals were overworked. She then said I could get a free consultation with Dr. Settimi that would help me with my phsyical well being.

It was the best appointment I've ever made; I had suffered from neck, back, knee and ankle discomfort for years. After the adjustments I've had over the past couple of months, I cannot believe the difference. It's like a miracle! I can turn my head without pain, I can bend over, and I can ride in a car without my back creaking! Not to mention my knees and ankles don't ache anymore! I have more energy; my daughter even says I "book it" now when I'm walking. This Wellness clinic also introduced me to looking at foods differently and taught me that water is my best friend.

I want to thank you for treating me for my aches and pains and my husband for a pulled hamstring. He is feeling so much better too and it was done without him having to take muscle relaxers.

Also, I want to take this opportunity to mention the office staff; Julie, Courtney, and Sarah are TERRIFIC! They are very caring, thoughtful, and professional with all patients. They always have smiles on their faces and are great listeners.

Dr. Settimi has made such a big change in my quality of life with movement and physical well being it was the best grocery store experience I've ever had in my life.

* HAPPIER CHILDHOOD MEMORIES*

My son started seeing Dr. Settimi this past April at age 7½ . About six months prior to that, be began complaining of headaches.  He experienced them on and off during the school day and often went to bed with one.  Over time, the headaches became a daily occurrence.

During those same months, he also began having difficulty breathing.  Whether running around on the soccer field or relaxing at home, it was uncomfortable – almost painful – for him to take a full, deep breath.  He complained that his “heart hurt,” and his left pectoral muscles were always sore.  He continued to be active and play sports, but my husband and I knew he was struggling.

I took him to an optometrist thinking the headaches were a result of poor vision.  His eyes were just fine.  Appointments with his pediatrician and a cardiologist verified he was a healthy boy, but the doctors couldn’t really explain or help his breathing problems.  When physical therapy was mentioned to treat his sore pectoral muscles, I finally realized he needed to see a chiropractor.  Chiropractic care helped me in the past – why didn’t I think of it sooner?

At his first appointment, Dr. Settimi performed a scan of his back and neck, and the results were ugly.  He was a complete mess.  Dr. Settimi began a series of adjustments and also recommended a new type of pillow for him to sleep on.  Within a few days, he started feeling better.  I noticed a change in his breathing almost immediately.

He continues to see Dr. Settimi every two weeks and is a totally new boy!  He still gets some headaches, but they are a lot less frequent and less severe.  His breathing is back to normal.  Subsequent scans show dramatic improvement, and, overall, he’s a happier person.  If you ask him what he likes best about chiropractic care, he’ll tell you, “It feels awesome!” Thank goodness for Dr. Settimi; she has truly made a difference in his life!

* A LIFELONG JOURNEY OF HEALTH*

I am almost 86 years old.  When I was 13, my parents took me to a chiropractor and I went to the father and son for over 57 years so I am chiropractic-oriented.
Then it was time to find a new doctor.  HAPPILY, we found Dr. Settimi.  She has been EXCELLENT.  When I have trouble sleeping, I go to her office for a treatment and it works every time – I sleep well.  THANK YOU, Dr. Settimi!!!  Her staff is so caring.

* A SURGERY AVOIDED*

My 1-year-old son, Cohen, and I began seeing Dr. Settimi in March 2008.  Our initial visit was due to Cohen chronic ear infections from the time he was 4 months old.  In a 9-month period, Cohen had 8 ear infections, and when his ears weren’t infected, they were filled with fluid.

Although I was very reluctant, we had an appointment to see the Ear Nose & Throat Specialist to possibly have tubes put in his ears.  Due to my reluctance, a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Settimi.  She had been taking her 2-year-old and 4-year-old boys to the chiropractor since they were infants, and they have been extremely healthy little boys.  I thought chiropractic was a much better alternative than invasive surgery to Cohen’s ear drums.

Cohen is now 15 months old and he has had the most healthy 3 months of his life.  He has not had a single ear infection, and the fluid has drained from his ear canals.  He is walking and talking better and he is a much happier child all around!

We can’t believe what a difference chiropractic has made for our family.  We are healthy and happy!  I believe all parents should consider chiropractic as a means to happy, healthy children (and you’ll be healthier and happier, too!).

* REACHING FOR THE STARS*

 
I had been taking voice lessons for over two years when I began to see Dr. Settimi.  Though I had always tried really hard and worked, I could never maintain a proper posture, which is essential for correct technique and good voice quality.  I started seeing Dr. Settimi, and at my next lesson after my first week of changes, my teacher noticed a difference in my posture and in my sound.  I told her that I began to see this chiropractor, and she was so impressed, she sent another student to see Dr. Settimi as well!  My voice and stage presence have completely changed thanks to Dr. Settimi.

* IMPROVEMENT IN THE WORKPLACE*

I have been a patient of Dr. Settimi’s for about three months now.  I have worked in the field of Cosmetology for most of my life and yes, I wore horrible shoes which were very stylish at the time, but very hard on my body.

If you are anything like me, you might be a little apprehensive in believing the treatments Dr. Settimi will perform on you will relieve your pain or change your life in any way.

While I worked in the past, I would always roll my head around and spread my shoulders back in a stretching motion to relieve the headache and tension pain I had in my neck, back and shoulders.  After working all day and most nights, I would find myself not being able to sleep through the night and unable to roll over in bed without being in pain.  This pain I would have daily.  I would be taking Tylenol and Motrin daily.  My clients would notice the pain I was having while working and one client in particular gave me one the best Christmas presents I have ever received.  Yes, it was a certificate to come and see Dr. Settimi.  Okay, I admit, I was reluctant to make the appointment, but when I finally did, it was one of the best days of my life.

On my very first visit, Dr. Settimi said I needed to be adjusted immediately and proceeded to perform her magic.  I have to tell you, I call it magic because when I got off the table, I felt 10 years younger.  Hard to believe?  Take my word for it.  I slept through the night, I now can roll over in bed without any pain, I no longer have any headaches and longer live on Tylenol or Motrin!

I remember Dr. Settimi asking me how I felt after her first adjustment, after a few minutes noticing how great I actually did feel, I started to proceed to grab her to give her a hug in my excitement of how great I felt.  I can’t wait to keep my appointments because the adjustments make me feel so great and this happened after only a couple of visits!

I know all of Dr. Settimi’s patients will have wonderful success stories…thank you Dr. Settimi for helping me enjoy life without any headaches and unnecessary pain.  You truly are a miracle worker!

* STARTING THE YEAR RIGHT!*

It is so exciting to being a new year feeling healthy!  The best gift I’ve received this holiday season has been the gift of a healthier “me”…a gift given to me through chiropractic adjustments.  After a car accident left my back and neck injured, I spent 3 years with a chronic headache and backache.  I wasn’t able to participate in my favorite activities – golf (I couldn’t swing the club), gardening and playing with my children.  I constantly felt tired and weak.  I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired!

My improved health through regular chiropractic has given me a wonderful feeling – I feel like myself again!
